Reading and writing are my life-long passions , but they didn't come easily to me. As an immigrant child, I struggled to reconcile two languages, and learn proficiency in my communication skills. Luckily, I had mentors who invested time and energy into making sure that I had the tools to succeed.

Since then I have received a perfect score on my reading and writing SATs, graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing, started Graduate School in Philisophy & Theology, and been a published author in the Huffington Post. I have been a tutor for 7 years and am skilled at catering lessons to each person's unique style of learning.

I believe that any person can find joy in reading and writing if taught the basic skills of inferential analysis, comprehension, and evaluation. I am able to work with all age levels, from Kindergarteners to Adults.

Together we can work on skills needed to succeed in English classes, SATs, research papers, college applications, and much more.
